We work hard, mind our health, our relationships, our activities, our beloved games of Checkers and Monopoly and Twister and what have you. But at day’s end, that’s it, buddy! One day blurs to the next, which blurs to the next, which blurs to…you get the damn point. Good lord, it just keeps going. We’re tired, our energy is out. And then…kaput! The great beyond. What we need to do to survive takes precedence over the unflawed ideal that we wish to be.

And that’s where this Record comes in.

The Record gives you the power to chart your own, special path to wellness. It is not designed for the performer. For who cares of the performer? The performer is simply a mass of ego, dysfunction, and nerves. Irrelevant to your life. This is for you, the wise and gentle listener. May it guide you to be a better person, the kind who gets knocked down and springs back up, as in that song by that old band who were secretly anarchists or something like that. The kind who, when insulted by an intimate, never blows his top, all red-faced and screamy, but rather regroups and very calmly says, “You have a point about my awful personal failings. I will now go work on them.”
